Hi friends,
I wanted to share a personal update with you. As you know, honesty has always mattered deeply to me.
Effective immediately, I will no longer be providing Assisted Lymphatic Therapy. This was a decision that had to be made suddenly due to personal reasons.
This chapter of my work has meant so much to me, and I am deeply grateful for the trust you placed in me during this season. Letting go of something I love and believe in so deeply was not an easy decision.
For any immediate ALT needs, I am referring clients to my mentor—and birthday twin—Na’Ima at Health Horizons in Oakmont, PA. She is the CLT who worked with our Sadie and guided and supported me throughout my ALT training. You will be in incredibly capable and caring hands.
For future ALT needs, Katie Toth-German at KMT Massotherapy will be taking over my space and will be offering ALT in the future. Please follow her social media (Facebook or Instagram) for updates when the service will be available.
While I am no longer offering ALT sessions, I am not stepping away from wellness, healing conversations, or sharing what I continue to learn along the way. I’m moving into a space that allows me to document my own journey, explore therapies that support me personally, and share those experiences in a more conversational and story-driven way.
Many of you already reach out asking what I’m trying, what’s helping, or what I’m learning all while sharing your thoughts, ideas and experiences, and I would love to continue that connection through a new platform I’m building, so stay tuned.
If you’d like to stay connected, I’ll be sharing updates through email and social media as this next chapter takes shape. I’ll be sure to let you know where to find me. In the meantime, feel free to stay in touch via Instagram (@hepburn130) or Facebook (Audrey Ohl).
Thank you for being part of this season with me. Your stories have changed me and I carry an immeasurable amount of gratitude forward.
With appreciation,
Audrey✨
